PAYMENTS
- Lesson slots are offered on a month to month basis at $30 per half hour once a week.
- Each lesson slot in every month is to be paid for and is due the first week of every month.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to pay on time. *Suffield Music does not send invoices unless the account falls delinquent.
- All payments received after the 14th day of the month will be assessed a $20 late fee.
- Payments can be made by Cash, Check, Digital. Credit/Debit Card and American Express accepted with an additonal 3.99% service fee. *Returned checks will be charged a $25 NSF fee.
*For your convenience we provide the option to keep a credit card on file. We will bill your credit card accordingly on the first of every month. If you choose to keep your credit card on file an authorization form must be filled out.
ATTENDANCE POLICY
- All lesson slots must be paid for whether or not the student attends them.
- Instructors are not obligated, but can and often will try and provide students with ONE makeup per month for a student call out or missed lesson. Instructors are only here select days and are paid for their time not the actual lessons given.
- Make-ups are ONLY entitled if the teacher cancels, the student’s lesson slot falls on a holiday, or the store is closed due to weather or emergency.
- Suffield Music is closed only on: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day.
NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL
- If discontinuing lessons Suffield Music must be notified 30 days prior to the final lesson slot *A withdrawal form MUST be filled out.
- Lapsed attendance from lessons does not excuse a student from his/her obligation to pay.
